Learn a poem or piece of text by heart and recite it to the first person you meet (repeat daily for 3 days in a row). Post the poem or the text you learned + a trace of your performance (a selfie with the person you talked to, an audio record of your speech, a text describing your sensations, etc.)

The « comments » box welcomes all your words. It is there for you to explain the context of your contribution, how it happened, why you chose this one and not another. It is there to remain empty too... It is also there for you to paste a hyperlink whose content will appear in the results.
